How to Use PitchDB Settings

1. General:

The first tab in the Settings menu, with two sections:

Profile Info: Edit your Public Name, Account Email, Public Email, Business Name, Hometown, and Time Zone by clicking on the respective fields and adding your updated information.

Email Configuration: Set up the preferred email account to send pitches. Follow the instructions provided in the setup wizard to complete the configuration.

2. Account:

This tab lets you manage your login details:

Password: Use the ‘Change Password’ button to update your current password. Input your current password, then provide and confirm your new one.

Social Media Login: Link your PitchDB account with LinkedIn, Google, or Microsoft for effortless sign-in. Click on the corresponding button and follow the instructions to integrate your social accounts.

3. Team:

This tool allows you to manage your PitchDB team:

Invite and manage your team: Enter an email address of the teammate you’d like to add, click ‘Invite Member.’ 

An invitation will be sent to the provided email. Once the invite is accepted, you will see the new member linked to your main account. 

All pitches sent from the new account will also display in the main account. You can remove any of these associated emails at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the respective email.

4. Billing:

Track your subscription in this tab:

Current Plan: View details of your active PitchDB plan, and use the ‘Upgrade Plan’ button to change your plan, which redirects you to the ‘Plans’ tab.

Cancellation: Click the ‘Cancel Plan’ button and follow the subsequent prompts if you wish to cancel your subscription.

5. Plans:

Explore various PitchDB plans here:

Upgrade Plan: Click this button to see detailed information about all PitchDB plans. Choose the desired plan and follow the prompts to upgrade your current plan.

6. Referrals:

Leverage this feature to earn free pitches:

Referral Program: Click the ‘Copy’ button to get your unique referral link. Share this link with others who could benefit from PitchDB. When they sign up using your link, you can claim rewards under the Referrals tab.
