How to Search for Local Associations in PitchDB: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. The Search Bar:

Positioned at the top of the Local Associations page, the search bar allows you to conduct manual searches for specific associations. There are also recommended keywords based on your last search. You can type in your desired keywords and hit ‘Enter’ to display a list of associations that match your criteria.

2. Filters:

Next to the search bar, the “filters” button will allow you to search by state or city.

3. Adding Contacts:

Each podcast that is displayed has a “+ Add Contact” button to the right.

Once you have identified a Local Association that aligns with your interests or goals use the ”+Add Contact” button next to the Local Associate  name.

A box will pop up and ask you to use the drop down box and “Choose contact lists here”. You will scroll the list and find the one you want. Click on that list and your Local Association will be added to that specific list. Be sure to click “Save to list” to complete adding the Local Association.

To create a new list you will see the words “Create new list” and enter the name of the list. Make sure it is simple to remember. For example: associations or leadership
